Why Choose Dogleap Cabins?

Factory-direct value. Local support.

Buying a cabin directly from an overseas manufacturer can mean better choice and better value — but dealing with specifications, shipping, customs, delivery and installation yourself isn't so simple.

Dogleap bridges that gap. You choose and configure your cabin, while we work directly with the manufacturer and coordinate the journey from the factory to your site.

Factory Certifications

What is the Process

CHOOSE AND CONFIGURE YOUR CABIN

Choose and configure your cabin using our built-in configurator.

factory approval

Once the factory receives your specification, we'll arrange any local installation requirements and send you your final quotation.

Manufacturing

If you're happy with your quotation and wish to proceed, a 40% deposit secures your order and production begins. Production lead time is approximately 35 days

shipping

Your cabin is shipped by sea freight and usually takes around 70 days to arrive.

Port Customs & delivery

Once your cabin arrives, the remaining 60% balance is paid and we arrange customs clearance.

installation & certification

Once cleared, you can collect your cabin or we can arrange delivery, installation and certification to your requirements.

How long does delivery take

Every cabin is built to order. Once your design has been approved by the factory, production typically begins before the unit is prepared for shipping to the UK or Ireland. Delivery times vary depending on the product and shipping schedules, and we'll keep you updated throughout the process.

Can I customise my cabin?

Yes. Many of our cabins can be customised with different layouts, kitchens, bathrooms, cladding, colours and optional extras. Our online configurator allows you to build a cabin that suits your needs before submitting it for final factory approval.

Are the cabins suitable for year-round use?

Our cabins are available with different insulation and specification options depending on how they will be used. Whether you're looking for a garden office, holiday accommodation or commercial workspace, we'll help you choose the right specification for your project.

Do I need planning permission?

Planning requirements vary depending on the size of the cabin, its intended use and your local authority. While many garden buildings may fall under permitted development, larger structures or residential use may require planning permission. We recommend checking with your local planning authority before placing an order.

Do you arrange delivery and installation?

We can help coordinate delivery from the factory to your chosen location in the UK or Ireland. Installation options vary depending on the cabin and site requirements, and we'll discuss the best solution during your quotation.
